Your New Role
You’ll be the go-to expert for inventory control, purchasing, and logistics in our Rocky Mount, VA warehouse. From receiving and organizing shipments to managing tool check-outs and special orders, your mission is to keep the warehouse humming. You’ll support the warehouse team, technicians, and leadership with real-time updates, organized systems, and no surprises.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Handling inventory movement: shipping, receiving, transfers, back orders, and POs
Fulfilling daily requisitions with speed and accuracy
Leading cycle counts and inventory audits
Coordinating tool check-in/out, repairs, and asset tracking
Managing special orders and keeping consignment records squeaky clean
Supporting special projects and stepping in where needed to keep operations moving

Job requirements
2 years of proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field (preferred)
Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and comfort with systems and procedures
Ability to lift and move inventory items safely
Tech-savvy with familiarity in warehouse or inventory software
Must be dependable and able to work both independently and with a team
